Jennifer is our Principle Nutritionist & the Director of Sydney City Nutritionist and Food Intolerance Australia. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Nutritional Medicine and a current student of clinical counselling. Jennifer and her husband pioneered an industry-first internship and mentor program for students and new graduates of Nutrition and Dietetics. You'll often see these bright and inspired young students around the clinic as they reach their final months of study.
While Jennifer's role takes many forms, including volunteer work, mentoring, patient care, writing and speaking, Jennifer is particularly passionate about helping people to be healthier and happier through personalised Nutrition.
Jennifer works one on one with patients, coaches and mentors students and new graduates of Nutrition and Dietetics and partners with many large organisations to help coordinate and support their workplace well-being initiatives.
Jennifer has created many successful programs to help her patients recover from ongoing illness and major stress including the
8 Weeks to Change Your Life program and the Food Intolerance Recovery Program. These programs teach vital strategies to assist with personalising your diet and lifestyle to suit your specific needs, resulting in life-long better health and happiness.
Aisha Nguyen is a Dietitian currently working around Sydney, from Nursing homes to volunteering for Diabetes NSW and her community to inspire our youth to make healthier choices.
Most recently she is recognised for her contribution to Sydney City Nutritionist as she completed a 3 month internship with us. A welcome new addition to the SCN family, Aisha may be a familiar face to some of you!

She is well known at the Sydney City Nutritionist clinic for her helpful and professional nature coupled with a passion for providing patient-centred care which shone through during her internship program.
Aisha is available for private consultations and diet planning sessions at the Sydney City Nutritionist clinic or via phone for those who are unable to attend in person.
Rebates are available with all health funds. Medicare rebates are available with referral from your GP under the Enhanced Primary Care scheme.
