With over 12 years of clinical experience and a degree in Nutritional Medicine, Jennifer is a highly qualified and passionate expert in the field of health and nutrition. Her dedication to helping individuals live healthier and happier lives through Personalised Nutrition is evident in her ongoing training in clinical counseling and her deep understanding of nutrigenomics.

Jennifer's expertise extends beyond traditional patient care. She is a confident public speaker, an experienced mentor, and a respected media commentator. In addition, Jennifer provides expert fact-checking for major health websites such as The Wellness Nerd, works as a consultant for one of Australia's largest private pathology companies and delivers engaging corporate health and well-being presentations to many major brands.

In addition to her professional achievements, Jennifer has published two books and created several successful programs. These resources, such as "Pure Health & Happiness: 8 Weeks to Change Your Life" and the "Ultimate Bloat Buster: Your 7 Day Guide to Good Gut Health", offer simple, practical, step-by-step advice to help you achieve a healthier, happier life.

Jennifer's work in nutrigenomics (and being lucky enough to analyse and report on hundreds of DNA tests per month via MyDNA and i-screen) has equipped her with an advanced understanding of how genetic factors influence health outcomes and why some patients may struggle to combat certain conditions despite best efforts. Through personalised DNA testing and tailored consultations, Jennifer is able to help uncover unique genetic predispositions and offer targeted strategies for optimising health based on their unique needs.
