Food Intolerance Testing - Immediate Results

FIND THE FOODS WHICH ARE RIGHT FOR YOUR BODY WITH OUR QUICK & EASY TESTS

What's Your Ideal Diet

At Sydney City Nutritionist, our food intolerance testing service allows us to accurately assess which foods are healthy for your body, which foods you need to cut back on and, importantly, the foods which are currently inhibiting your ability to reach your health goals.

After assessing your reactions to the selected range of foods, our Nutritionist is able to assess your specific health needs and can recommend the appropriate healing program which will restore your body to full health while remaining free of the debilitating symptoms and conditions commonly caused by food intolerances.

Testing Options Available

Choose from our 50 foods on-site test, or our high sensitivity tests (range from 96 to 220 foods). All tests include the option to add a 30 minute follow up with our Nutritionist to discuss your results and answer any questions you may have.

Alternatively, begin with our Food Intolerance and Digestive Health Assessment - if testing is right for you, you can simply pay the relevant upgrade fee to add on blood testing.

Not sure where to begin?

  • If you're not sure if testing is right for you, or which test option to choose, why not begin with our Food Intolerance Assessment and Digestive Health Consultation which is available Monday to Friday each week via telehealth (phone or video) or on Wednesdays at our Sydney clinic.

  • If you begin with our food intolerance assessment you can upgrade to any of our food intolerance tests by paying the gap fee click here and select 'more information'. If you've attended in-house, we can take your sample during your appointment.

What's involved:

For most of our tests, only a finger prick is required for your blood collection. Your results will return to us within 10-15 business days and will be emailed to you along  with a link to book online for a session with Jennifer (if you opted to include a consultation with your purchase).

Your report of findings includes:

  • A list of all foods tested. Those which your immune system reacted to will be highlighted clearly.

  • A clear indication of the level of reaction to each food and those which are your highest priority.

  • Links to any additional information sheets or web pages which we believe may be beneficial for you, to assist you with making the necessary changes.

  • We'll outline which foods to avoid, how to recognise the problematic ingredients on food labels and how to eliminate them easily without missing out on any key nutrients.

  • We'll advise the most appropriate next step in your journey to recovery. If it is appropriate for you, you'll also be invited to join our recovery program

  • All sessions include the option to add on a follow up session with our Nutritionist to discuss any questions or difficulties you are experiencing with adjusting to your new diet. Sessions are typically 30mins unless you've chosen the comprehensive assessment. If so, your appointment will be 1 hour and will include detailed nutritional advice, recommended calories/macros, advice for adjusting meals and snacks and a prescription of recommended supplements. You can also opt to include a personalised meal plan for a small upgrade fee.
