8 weeks to winter wellness

For many people the colder months place a great strain on their immune system, mind and waistline.

Winter doesn’t have to be a difficult time and I'm on a mission to prove it with my 8 Weeks to Winter Wellness program.

With the right advice, support and recipe ideas you can easily support your body to thrive through these winter months rather than just struggling through each day. Learn how to optimise your diet and lifestyle so that you can wake up feeling energetic and positive, ready for even the coldest days with little sunlight.

What's involved:

  • We will begin with a health assessment, healthy aging assessment and body composition reading to determine your baseline and see where there is room for improvement.

  • For those of you attending the face to face programyou also get a bonus Live Blood Screening at the beginning and end of the program. Find out more about Live Blood Screening here

  • Taking all the information collected so far I can now design the ideal diet plan to achieve your specific goals. I want you to get great results but will also take into account your likes and dislikes. It's important to me that you enjoy your food so your plan will be filled with delicious meal ideas that are super healthy but also super tasty.

  • Your $440 upfront fee entitles you to attend weekly 15minute appointments or fortnightly 30minute appointments throughout the 8 week period – you choose which format works best for you.

  • I know that there are temptations and that your motivation may sway from time to time. This is why I email you every Monday throughout the 8weeks with quick tips, a recipe of the week and a weekly focus point to help you achieve your goals.

  • Final assessment + goal setting – Your final assessment will come in 2 parts – a testing and results visit. At your results visit you will be presented with a report of achievements including before and after screen prints and reports of all testing.

  • Now you have all this extra energy and motivation, what are you going to do with it? This is a great time to set your goals for the next few months - we'll discuss this in your goal setting appointment - where will the next few months take you? What should we work on next? Whether it's losing a little extra weight or even preparing for your first Marathon I'll give you the tools you need to get there.
